Cardamom Tea
What nurtures you? What helps you to become present? For me it’s Cardamom Tea. I love the aroma, natural taste and nourishment this tea gives me. I was not raised with this tea, but for some reason I feel at home with it. After a long day I come home and heat up water with broken cardamom pods, add a little lemon and honey. It is so delicious and good!
It’s warming yet refreshing.
You can pick up cardamom pods with spices, I pick them up at a natural grocery store. Find them wherever you are. Cardamom is also great added to Earl Grey Tea.
Easy-just break open the pods in water. Bring to a boil. Let simmer a few minutes. They are small, but pack in so much flavor and aroma.
